I always thought it was much more and refused to drink any caffeinated drinks while nursing 😫 i was drained and needed coffee. I was scared my baby will get energized and would not sleep.

I never cut out caffeine while nursing my kids and they were all fine. No sleep issues. 🤷

Never gave up my coffee during pregnancy or nursing. I only had 1 to 2 cups a day.

Oh my gosh please let this be true. I would DIE if I couldn’t drink caffeine after peanut is born.

I was too scared to drink coffee while nursing. I’m sure I’ll need it this time around!
