Had my baby on Friday a repeat c section. Day 4 now and wondering if the 500  tylenol ez tablets are safe to take while breastfeeding? The red coated kind. Texted my nurse But she hasn't answered. Heard something about codeine being unsafe for baby. Do those Tylenol  have codeine in it? Thanks

Totally fine Tylenol and Advil for breastfeeding. After both my csections my doctors told me to take 2 Tylenol and 2 Advil every 6 hrs to manage the pain.

No they don't, they're just smaller tablets that are easier to swallow. Same amount of tylenol as the white ones. 
They are safe while breastfeeding. How are you feeling?
