I used the soft cup method. U can either use it after insemination to help keep everything in for a few hrs (I always did overnight) or u can have the donation put in the cup itself then inserted

What do they do?

I tried it once and it worked sadly lost the baby early on but still. Anyways we kept the cup bedside did the deed, then I inserted it with preseed as lube it was tricky because it was slippery and really you should insert it while sitting but your SO could help you. Honestly tho I found out later on that during deep ejaculation within seconds the healthy strong sperm is already where it needs to be the stuff that comes out of you is semen (the fluid that carries the sperm in a male and dead sperm) so the cups aren’t really necessary but it can’t hurt
