How much do your little ones eat? My 9 month old doesn’t seem to have much of an appetite. He used to eat a bit before but it’s slowed down. I would say maybe an ounce each meal, 2-3 meals. He loves his milk.

@laniejay, hahaha yes solid foods. I guess I’m over thinking it. I hear about babies eating mug fulls of solids by his age so it blows me away. Yeah just 2-3 ounces - some purées, some solid type foods. The rest, milk
I need more ☕️. Food is just for physical development practice at that age. Even though they have the ability to ingest food, they don’t have the digestive enzymes to break down and process solids. So no worries mama!
Wait I think I read that wrong- an ounce of purée, but he’s focusing on bottles? If so, that’s perfect. Main source of nutrition needs to be formula or breastmilk.
He’s only drinking an ounce of formula 2-3 times a day??
