Mannnnnn, my boob has been hurting on and off for a week now! Is this a sign my milk is coming in?? I think we all have a slacker boob (BF term) lol. I just don't remember this pain beforehand.

There was a new update for the app. I had the same issue last night until I updated it!
@inked_mommy92 well with my first I leaked milk for 2 weeks beforehand, and had to wear pads. When he got there I had to pump and I got colostrum the first day and milk then on.
You’re leaking colostrum not milk. At least that’s what my OB told me and that my milk supply doesn’t actually come out until a week after the baby is born that’s why they tell you not to pump until after baby is born. I had to wear pads as well but I didn’t pump until after I had my daughter. Actually I had her on my boob and she ate like that for an hour and then tried formula because she was fussy so I had to try and pump because she wasn’t latching properly to my boobs. 😣 I breastfed for about two months before we found out she was actually lactose intolerant.
@inked_mommy92 I leaked what I thought was milk bc of the milky look of it and smell. When my son was born I pumped clear/yellow fluid for a day then my milk came in. I didn't have to supplement till 2 months in bc he wasn't growing on my milk alone. I EBP for 19 months. I don't plan on supplementing if I can help it tho. My baby never latched, but that's a diff story for another day.
@expectingz, Yeah I always had to pump in a bottle and supplement with formula. It was very frustrating but I tried at least..
16-22 weeks colostrum is forming. Technically your milk is already there however it doesn’t actually come out until a week after the baby is born. Colostrum is what comes out in the beginning which is why it’s so important to try and breast feed in the hospital and supplement with formula. Even if you don’t breast feed after because I know first hand how stressful it is it’s good for the baby to get the colostrum! I hope this helps ❤️

Boobs if you breastfeed?? I breastfeed and my husband made a comment that he wanted to grab my boobs and lick my nipples (tmi) and I felt grossed out and told him my boobs are food and I won't let him near them. Lol. Just wondering if boob grabbing/licking is off limits if you breastfeed.
Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
