Anyone else have a gender reveal and ended up bummed about the results? 😕

I wasn’t bummed but my boyfriend was. He wanted a boy even though he has one (previous relationship) his reasoning for wanting another boy is because how could he ever love another princess the same as his first princess? I told him he’ll find a way lol

@butters1106, yes me either! My mom buys so many old skool curtains for my daughter to wear as it is and it’s so hard to smile and say how much I love it, but she’s my mom 🤷🏾‍♀️

@success_bound, I don’t like little girl clothes or fru fru things and I know that’s THE thing to put a baby girl in. Especially for the first time grandmothers. 🙄

@stephanierepass, I have already said this will be a one and done. I can’t take this kinda gamble again. 😭

I cried like a baby myself when I found out my baby was girl. I wanted another boy so badly. I never saw myself having two girls. I always wanted twin boys or 2 boys and always only 1 baby girl. So finding out that I wasn’t having twins for any of my pregnancies and that I’m not having 2 boys either was a little bit of a let down. Also, I am so scared of how I can ever possibly love 2 baby girls! I love my daughter so so much and the thought of having to share that love scares the crap out of me! I’m sure it will be okay but still nervous... but yea, I think gender disappointment is a real thing. You can’t help how you feel, you’re human.

Lol!!! Right!! I was so focused on the ultrasounds!!! Awww!! You’re going to be so happy! Boys are fun but there’s just something about having a girl!! (I heard and seen) lol and it’s only your first right?! Watch next one will be a boy and you’ll be set!!!!😄😄😄😄😄

Yea I need some positive reinforcement with that. I had so many ideas set for boys and absolutely nothing for girls- so I knew that I would end up with a girl just for that reason... and here we are. A girl 😑.

We had an ultrasound about two weeks ago and I surely thought I could see little nuggets 😅. That’s why I’m not an ultrasound tech. I would be fired for sure 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈

I was! I have 2 boys already and found out at 12 weeks it was another boy! You’ll feel bummed for a little while! It’s normal! At the end its all about having a healthy baby! You’re going to love that baby no matter what!!! ❤️❤️❤️
