@let_there_be_life They took all my federal the first time, the second time all but 1,000 bc by then it was paid off. They didn't touch my state.

They took mine two years in a row but I'd been delinquent. If you have an active payment plan and you're caught up, I THINK you're okay.

It almost time for me to have to pay them back and I just don’t want to worry about my taxes. Of course I’ll make sure to pay on them. Thanks ladies

I'm pretty sure it's only if you're not complying.

They never took our taxes for my loans. I was paying on them.
