I need some opinions on working...

I need some opinions on working...

I want to get a job I just can’t decide when would be the best time.. during the day when Jacksons at school and Taylor would go to daycare?

During the evenings with no daycare cost but that would leave hub to feed them dinner and put them to bed (id be pretty sad not being there for that😬)

Or just on the weekends with the possibility of my hub not being available to watch the kids...

This is a big problem for me because I have extreme anxiety and I worry myself sick about the littlest of things.... I don’t know what to do😩

I would feel better if my kid stays with my husband... or someone I trust . Hope it works out 💚

Sounds like your not ready to work and you have a understanding husband. I simply wouldn't work until you truly feel ready. Our daughter is 15 month's and I'm just now starting to feel a little ready to work. But I don't trust daycares of any kind because there is too much bad reports going on. And I don't even trust the daycares run out of homes because you never know who comes in and out. But I think of it like this.... our daughter requires a lot of attention because she is simply spoiled lol and I know people at the daycare centers will not be able to give her that. So I hope this helps you.

Any way you can do just 4 hours a day from like 2-6?

If you haven’t found a job already I can tell you it’s pretty limited to find one and talk flex schedules unless you have a degree of some kind (?)

I’d work during the day and see if you can work 5-7 hrs and give yourself time to adjust. Any employer can understand working most hours and needing time to adjust and being able to pick your kids up from daycare and after being a stay at home mom for as long as you have if you are willing commit to a set schedule after a while, they usually just want trust.

I’d think during the day would be easier. Not only to find a job but to work with that flex.

Night or weekend shifts just add stress where it isn’t needed.

My little one stays with my husband. I work 5 to 8 so the shifts aren't horrible but it brings in money and I also work part time hours right now between 20 to 25 hours a week so I have days off where I can just hang with the little one.
