@jadasweet0218, maybe the gel would help you more than it does me, lots of pregnant women swear by it. Like I said the biggest benefit I get is that I can actually keep fluids down, but when ur this sick, that counts for something. I forgot to add that I also ordered some preggie pops on amazon but they don't help either 🙄

@jessijane84, I don’t take anything I’m honestly just miserable All the time I be soooooo hungry and get full so fast it’s so stupid 🤦🏽‍♀️

Crackers, broths, electrolytes, ginger, peppermint, b6 & unisom..all of these are said to give most relief but I haven't had any luck with them.

@jadasweet0218, Same here, I've never been so sick in all my life. Can't keep anything down at all. My drs had a promethazine gel made up for me that I can use topically, I haven't noticed much relief but I have been able to keep more down than I have in almost 9 wks.. only thing with the promethazine that I really dislike is my insurance won't cover compounds so I have to pay out of pocket per dose
