Tips for helping congestion for a 1 month old?? We use a humidifier, I’ve tried steam showers and trying to suck the snot out and using saline to help loosen stuff also to suck snot out but she’s still so congested and having a hard time breathing. Luckily she’s still eating.

Sadly thats about it. Ur doing everything that you can. For suctioning, get the Nose Frida. It gets soooo much out, after you get passed the fact that you have to suck the snot out urself, it is the best.
