FTM and Iv been having lower back pain and lower abdomen pain feels like cramping, along with pain in my hip area... they went away when I was moving around. Then came back few hours later. could they be Braxton-Hicks?

I’ve been feeling this way as well. Not extreme but uncomfortable enough.
Try drinking more water, it helped me.

That does sound more like Braxton Hicks to me, I felt those only once now. Stretching my pelvic bone out helped a lot, like kneeling or laying in ‘child’s pose’ if you know what that is. Unfortunately I just had to wait for it to pass. Nothing really stops them once they start 🙁 I hope you find some relief soon

I felt these pains a lot around 19-23 weeks. Still feel them now, but not nearly as much. When I went to a checkup with my doctor, I was told this is round ligament pain and basically to get used to it as my pelvic bone stretches out even more. If you mention it to a doctor, hopefully they actually look into it rather than just brushing it off! Is it unbearable? For me it was really just uncomfortable and sharp at times
