I have this on my wrist. It’s been there since I was in the 12th grade, so about 8 years. It tends to shrink or grow larger depending on how extensively I am using my left hand. I’m left handed btw. Right now it’s is about the size of a large grape and in the past it has gotten as small as a pea. It doesn’t hurt or anything but it definitely didn’t go away on it’s own. My mom used to wrap her wrist in a towel and hit it with a hammer. I tried it but I couldn’t get it to work 😂

My daughter just had her second surgery to remove another cyst from her wrist. This one they actually had to reconstruct some tendons in her hand because the cyst caused damage. I hope yours doesn't cause you any issues.

@bre.b oh.. this one doesn't hurt at all and I also have one on both of my hands but you have to fill it to Ashley no was there and neither one of those hurt either. Did you get a second opinion or maybe you should go to the foot doctor

I have the same thing on top of my foot and my foot doctor told me and my doctor was both of them told me that it's nothing to worry about but I'm not really sure I've had it for a long time
