!!HELP!! So I went to the hospital earlier at 6 am bc the whole night I nas a horrible fever. So I get there and I tell them I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I had a fever of 103-104 the whole night and they took me to labor and delivery to monitor the baby and his heart was high and so was mine. They saw the horrible sore throat I have and fever and hey told me it was a normal cold to go home and take tylanol! So I went home I took tylanol. Nothing is helping I tried everything my fever is still extremely high what did I do?

I would call your OB you can get an on call nurse after hours and explain this to them. I’d probably also go back in. Having a high fever isn’t good for baby. I hope you feel better soon!
Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My heart is breaking I stg. Last night was so rough. We took him in around 12 with a HIGH fever of 104. Went down to 100 when we got to the hospital so maybe it was so high from him sleeping, they swabbed his nose, gave him so more medicine, prescribed me with stuff and sent us home, told us it could be the flu. I just don’t see the flu being like this but I also heard it’s bad this year.
I want to cry because yesterday late afternoon when I went to the hospital I was having contractions but not as near as they want me to be but when I was home there were coming in and they send me home and now I have pain so bad like I am literally almost crying it’s not fare I took 2 Tylenol before I went to bed and drank water and I took a warm bath and noting make it any better
Without any judgement... can someone remind me what fever temp is mandatory to go to the ER or pediatrician. Bellamy’s pediatrician is extremely old school, so when I called for advice to help bring his fever down and told him it was 100.3, he completely freaked out and told me to bring him in.😣 Just when I thought I was doing everything right, I find out I can’t even tell the difference between a low or high grade fever. 🤦🏻♀️ stupid Mia.🙃
OBs have to have an on call service. Call them and have them call the hospital to take you. You need fluids and cultures done. High fever and severe sore throat could bad strep. You need antibiotics for that and baby needs to be monitored. A high fever and high heart rate can make him sick too
