@e_elliana408 it had a lot to do with the food i grew up on. I figured i needed more nutrition that i wasnt getting. Im about 26w with my first. Im not a crunchy(future) mom but i think our bodies do tell us what we need when we need it.
I was craving fish like no other 1st trimester. Id smell it everywhere and my tummy would just rumble, id even dream about it so i decided maybe if i took a fish oil supplement it would help and it has kept that craving at bay. I still have fish once a week or less but it helps the dreams. Lol
@e_elliana408 yes girl you could have been ate that! This my first pregnancy too and I'm greedy so I know what I can eat lol! One thing I do want but we cant eat is tuna.....ugh
@scam822, yeah it’s the only fish I crave so I’m in luck lol I’m glad I don’t crave tuna with that mercury stuff because then I’d be in trouble. I mean I’d avoid it but when I’m having a craving, boy it’s the hardest thing to resist 😩😩 I can’t sleep sometimes because I think of a craving last minute that sounds soooo good that I just have to have
@felicity300079, thank God because I crave salmon bad. I couldn’t take it last night so I cooked some for dinner with mashed potatoes 😋😋 it was heavenly lol I craved it for 2 months with being unsure and just couldn’t take it so had it for the first time in my pregnancy last night! 😌
