So I took plan B about 3 weeks ago about 2 weeks ago I started bleeding heavy for about a week so I think it was my period I haven’t got my period in over almost 4 years and yesterday I started bleeding again is it something I should worry about?

This is actually quite normal after taking Plan B. Don’t be too concerned! If need be, call your OB to ease your mind.
