Need advice!!!

Ok so two days ago I lost a piece of my mucas plug and yesterday my shoes was feeling real tight and I took them off and my cousin and sister pointed out that my feet was real swollen and I didn't peep cause I wear glasses and they broke but you can't even see the bone in my ankles cause it got so much fluid in it mind you I'm high risk pregnancy and my aunt thinks its preeclampsia and I take medicine to prevent that I'm kinda confused on what I should do should I call labor and delivery or just go in?
