@marissawilliams628 I knows it's hard because it's such cold weather but when you fill his bath I would do them a bit cooler for a while until it carms down and not use any other products on the area :) bless him he will be all better soon with a mummy like you hun😘

Yellow metanium and if that doesn't help you may have to see a doctor to prescribe a stronger cream. My boy had it when he had gastroenteritis and it cleared within a day with the cream from doctors x

What nappies/wipes do you normally use hun? I would suggest Bepanthen, any time Arlo even had a hint of red I'd usd it and it was gone by the next nappy change. Keep the area dry, with talc if possible too. We saw this a lot when I worked as a carer with the adults that had incontinence issues and recommended bepanthen to everybody it cleared people up so fast x

Another vote for yellow metaniun. Make sure it's the yellow one though not the white one. Also continue with the cotton wool and water to clean up but use a towel to gently pat dry before applying it. I used to put a little talc on too after towel drying it just to take away any excess wetness. Just a side note be careful with the yellow metanium it can stain.

I simply started washing my son’s private parts with water each time I changed his nappy. Nothing helped, only water did. It is not very easy to do it so frequently, but it has worked 100%

I 3rd metanium 🙋🏽, my little one had a rash worse than that recently and my mum suggested metanium which worked even better than what the dr prescribed,

Get some metanium, it really will work wonders but only use a tiny bit.. and lots of air to help it dry out as well.. I might be wrong but it looks a little yeasty in places so if that gets worse I'd go and see the Dr x

Yellow metanium but I'd also look into changing nappy brand they look like burns ! And my daughter gets this kind of reaction to certain brands which don't agree with her

I agree with metanium, Bethany had a rash worse than this and that cleared it up quickly - you could see the improvement at the next nappy change.

Continue with cotton wool and water, make sure it's completely dry, put a towel under his bum and let it air for a bit, but put a facecloth or something over the top of him so he doesn't pee up in the air and continue using a thin layer of sudo cream. Try let it air a couple times a day and change nappies alot more often so he's not sitting in a wet nappy (even if it's just 1 or 2 pees in it) hopefully that should help. X
