Are you mommies for co-sleeping or against co-sleeping? Why & Why Not?
There's a difference between cosleeping and bedsharing. We do neither. Both of my kids have slept wayyyy better in their own rooms in their cribs. Even sharing the same room doesn't work for us. Everyone keeps each other up and no one gets any sleep. We all prefer our own space.
I co-sleep... I have with all my babies... But I agree, if you're a hard sleeper don't...
Co-sleeping for sure! I want to be near my baby just incase anything happens. Gave up my pillowtop to a firm mattress just so it is more safe for her to sleep on. It’s still comfortable but we do miss our plush bed 😭🤣 We also upgraded to a king so it fits us all comfortably. My little one slept on a dockatot so she had her own space. We also used those velcro swaddle so there was no need for a blanket and my SO and i slept on opposite sides with our own blankets so there would be less of a chance of her suffocating.
I co- sleep with my kids as little babies but I do think that it's dangerous for hard sleepers. My mom and one of my clients both personally know of ppl that have suffocated their babies. Actually it's been about a month or two since one of my mom's employees was nursing her 1 month old baby while sleeping and suffocated the baby. That is so sad. I don't sleep while nursing my babies thank God!
Omg girl when I was in the hospital I stayed up like most of the night and had my son laying next to me in bed. One of the nurses came in and moved him when I eventually did fall asleep and I was so peeved. Like he just spent the last 10 months living inside me don’t make him sleep across the room. 😑
We’ve been cosleeping since day 1 technically and even though I’m exhausted as hell and miss my bed I don’t regret it at all. 🤷🏼♀️
@sahmplustwo_., it’s honestly what you feel is best 🤷🏽♀️ a lot of people will judge & not agreee but that shouldn’t matter. They have their option & we have ours. I’m not a crazy sleeper & im well aware when I have someone next to me 😅
@jocy.ornelas, in the hospital I slept with my baby on me & the nurses kept asking me to send him to the nursery or put him in his bed and I was like no .. and once I got ready to leave they told me not to sleep with him . And Im like whatever.
I co-slept with my son up until 8 months. He felt more comfortable & so did i🤷🏽♀️
Both, I usually follow the guide of the baby, my first born is 4 and still has refuse to sleep in his own bed, my first daughter slept better in her crib since she was born than she did with me and my husband. My youngest baby coslept with us until she turned 11 months then she wanted to sleep in her own playpen.
I don't mind cosleeping, whatever helps them feel secure at night and sleep all night I'm all for it. Plus my husband enjoys waking up to his babies in bed sleeping peacefully before he goes to work.
Who co sleeps and who doesn’t?

Who co-sleeps??
Moms,
What are your thoughts on co sleeping?
Co sleep 🙋🏻♀️ If you’re a hard sleeper I would NOT. But; maybe try sleeping sitting up, on a recliner, or the small couch. 🤷🏻♀️
