Yes bm can help. Just pat on and let it dry. But it will clear on its own. Newborns gotta shed all that old skin and uterus life still. Took my son till about 3m until he was done shedding lol

Yes squirt a little breast milk on his face and let it dry. Works well

My baby had baby acne so bad but it went away before we knew it. She was also getting heat rash on and off during the summer and I let her be. She was never uncomfortable with it

Its probably just baby acne, heat rash, or other non threatening irritation from rubbing on fabric. You can use breastmilk on it or leave it be.
