Yes. 1 cups is fine. Sometimes I drink 2 or 3.
I do decaf cuz I CRAVE it. Not a coffee drinker either.

Yes just limit your caffeine that’s all my doc told me so I get like a med hot coffee and have a soda 20 oz a day and drink water the rest of the day

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
