But has anyone noticed a change in their sex life since becoming pregnant?!
Like my husband and I have always had a good sex life and always had sex at least 1-2 times a week except on my period week. But seems since I’ve gotten pregnant here within the last few months we barely have any. Maybe 1 - 2 times a month.
I’ve asked him about this and he has gave me at least two different answers. The first answer I got was bc he said he out of a routine of taking a shower at night and was taking them in the morning and also said that I come to bed too late. The second answer he gave me was that he was scared. (Sorta in the beginning of my pregnancy we had sex and afterwards there was a lot of blood and it both freaked us out bc it seemed like it was coming from me. It was a lot and bright red. Turned out it was from him. I some how cut him and it was him bleeding not me.) so he says now he’s scared of hurting me and the baby. He says he knows it’s crazy but he can’t get that night out of his head.
I know for sure he ain’t cheating on me bc there’s no way. We work together and take lunch at work together. We do everything together. I don’t even remember the last time we wasn’t around each other. I know he has been under a lot of stress lately especially at work.
I was wondering if anyone else experiencing something like this?!

I'm going through the same thing it's so weird. About the same as you. We had some kinda sexual contact daily now it's twice a month IF THAT. I awlays feel like he's cheating or something it's prob. My hormones but I always think the worst

I learned that my husband didn't like feeling the baby move on his stomach while I was on top 😂 so I used a pillow as a barrier

It definitely sounds like fear on his part. Sounds like you have a sweet Hubby. Reassure him that he will not hurt the babe during intercourse and it’s okay to still enjoy having sex during pregnancy. Take him along on your next appointment and have your OB explain it to him as well. 💛🙂

@brittney.arp11, so glad to hear I’m not the only one lol. I know I’m over thinking it bc of my hormones bc he still shows me love and affection. He loves rubbing my belly trying to get the baby to kick him. Nothing has changed except the number of times we have sex lol

@qsmith1987, thank you 😊 the last time he gave me the answer about how scared he was of hurting me or the baby bc of that one night. He even said I’ll never know how scared he was and if something happen he would never forgive himself. He said it’s just hard to not think about it when it’s time

@fishinamanda, He is super sweet and very considerate. My husband had the same concerns during pregnancy number one, it’s completely normal.

I can count on one hand how many times we have been intimate since finding out I was pregnant lol. I have no interest in it tbh lol. We tried when I was around 15wks and I cramped after so I’m like no thanks haha and now I’m further along the oh thinks it’s weird and thinks baby will feel him haha bless xx
