@angelfoodcake can you take a bit of Tylenol or put a heat pack on your lower back? It used to help me when I was near the end. Just not too hot. Even an empty soda or milk container with hot water if you don't have a heat pack. I remember this stage all too well! Everything just HURTS 😢
