how do you ladies feel about fenugreek for increased breast milk?

It worked for me but I smelled like maple syrup

It could either increase or decrease your supply

It’s kept my supply up but makes me smell like syrup

@shannae3 how many capsules did you take a day, and how long did you take them?

I did maybe 4 at the most per day for maybe 3 days in a row.

@shannae3 can you take all 4 at the same time?

@magdalenamata320, I only drank Mother’s milk tea in the very beginning days now I don’t do anything and I never had any issues with my supply

@magdalenamata320, I took 4 every time I finished eating for a few days until I produce enough to feed my little one then I cut back to two every time I eat but no she loves my milk I think it makes it taste sweeter than usual
