Any moms breastfeed and have a glass of wine how long do you wait until your able to feed baby again?

I think it was 3.5 hours? 2.5? I'm not sure, but there should be a table you can look up.

Everything I’ve read says if you’re good to drive, you’re good to feed. If you feel a buzz at all don’t nurse basically.

I’ve had 2 glasses before feeding and dr said that was fine. On rare occasions when I’ve had more I’ve waited 3-4 hours. Test strips really come in handy

You don't need to wait. Feed baby, have your drink and its safe to feed when baby wants again.

But one glass of wine is totally fine

Id get some test strips, it depends on person and amount, just like BAC. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Did you ask your doctor ? I know everyone’s “doctor” says something different 😅
