

Hey everyone, I’m looking for weight loss tips or keto recipes. I’m currently 175lbs and I’m 5’2”. I’m totally overweight and so uncomfortable with the way I look... I want to get back to 128lbs it’s where I’m most comfortable and I was there just last summer. I also have a thyroid issue where my weight goes up and down I just want to keep it steady.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? I’m currently doing it and lost a lot of weight and keeping myself to a strict time and diet has totally helped with the unwanted extra weight. Look it up and see if it’s something worth adopting into your daily routine.
