Looks like dry skin to me my daughter has eczema and it doesn’t look like eczema at all

And his looks like that in the beginning.

@momofboth, my son had a small patch on his shoulder and it didn't bother him for months, but then got a bit itchy. Every once in a while it flares up but not bad, usually when he's been warm.
