My daughter was in them at 8-10lbs, so about 3 weeks.

2 were never in newborns. My daughter was in them for like 3 weeks

The first week we had him in size 1 due to the circumcision but then back to size newborn and we are finishing up newborn now at 7 weeks. It really just depends on the weight distribution of your baby. He is 10.5lbs but his weight is very evenly distributed like an adult instead of baby meaning he wears newborn pants, 0-3 and some 3-6 onesies because of his length bit they are all loose around his torso as clothing seems to be made for chunky babies.

About 2 weeks with all my kids.
