What time do people usually go out trick or treating. I feel like it’s getting late

Ours is 4-8

I've seen most start at 7pm and end till 9-10pm

Here it's 5-8 but we go at five and get done in mall trick r treating at about 6:30 and gooo home. Lol

The hours in our county are 6-8.
