Thanks everyone, we started seeing people out about six here

The hours in our county are 6-8.

Here it's 5-8 but we go at five and get done in mall trick r treating at about 6:30 and gooo home. Lol

I've seen most start at 7pm and end till 9-10pm

Ours is 4-8
