Woke up at 2am with diarrhea, awful back cramps and heartburn.

My back cramps haven’t gone away yet and they are consistent, nothing I can time. 😩

I just feel so “off” could this be the start to labor? I’m not sure how long I can deal with this pain. Last week I was 2cm and 70% thinned.

I have my weekly appointment tomorrow but I’m thinking of trying to change it to today.
