Has anyone had a dog that sleeps in there bed and we’re having a baby. We made a rod for our own back when he was a puppy by letting him into our bed is don’t mind him being in there this is how he sleeps maybe with a baby may be difficult ? I just know if I put him out the room he will just cry and my emotions at the minute I will not be able to listen to it ☹️ anyone got suggestions ?

@ellie123 I was completely the same and they do feel pushed out for a few weeks but as soon as I was up and about I just made sure I took time just to spend a little while with her on her own like take her for a walk on her own just so she knew I still loved her and that helped a lot they are just like children but she soon settled ! And now she couldn't live with out Harvey they are the best of friends ! I didn't have the heart to kick her out of our bed and you will be surprised because he will know your pregnant so will start to understand the further you go along xx

Our dog sleeps in bed with us she is small and sleeps under the duvet to keep warm with us it's never been a problem she learned to sleep at the bottem by our feet instead you will find they get sick of you getting in and out of bed when baby comes anyway so she keeps at the bottem instead Its never been a problem for us she is just as much our baby that our actual babies 😂 xx

@ellie123 yeah I'd defo try and get him out before baby comes as just one less thing to worry about. He might adjust really well. You could also try a basket down stairs and maybe sleep down there with him? Create an area for him only? My mum and dad have a cage but the door is always open on it. They've covered the top with a blanket and put a comfy bed inside and its under their kitchen counter. Their dog loves it, especially as somewhere to go when the kids are running rampage 🤣

Can you start him with a dog bed in your room and then gradually move him out?

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
