Cd3 I've never had a cycle this bad. My lower back feels like it's going to snap in half. Cramps out of this world. I've tried everything heat, tylenol, midol, help ladies any ideas?

@ladyblauvelt I can't find pamprin here anymore :( hubby is out of town working so sex is a no go.

Pamprin is like midol but better in my opinion, have you tried that? Sex is also know to be helpful with cramps as well.

Short Luteal Phase?
