It’s just easier. If I don’t boil my own chicken breast I’ll cheat and buy a rotisserie one from the store lol. It’s a fast meal though. Bake at 375 for about 30-40 mins and boom... done

It’s super easy!

I mixed cream of chicken and cream of celery with hot rotel in a bowl.

Then lay tortillas in a pan, shredded chicken then mixture. And repeat two or three times and top with shredded cheese. YUM!

I also added a bit of cilantro on top
