Venting: My anxiety is so high with my pregnancy. Like so much has transpired with these few months that I keep dwelling on the past and trying to fix it. Ugh it’s so hard to just move forward since I’m such a perfectionist (Virgo).
I feel you girl, don’t be too hard on yourself. Pregnancy messed with our emotions and messes with our moods/personality. Trying to balance it is a work in progress for me daily but I just try to meditate and keep my mind positive, and productive. Eat well, sleep well, try your best to stay active and it will improve your mood gradually. Keep your head up ;)
