I don’t sterilize, I just wash with water and soap everyday. I pump a few times a day and I put the parts in the fridge between pump sessions then wash at the end of the day. Same with the bottles. My babies are fine! 😆

My term baby, once a week. But I washed thoroughly every use.

I have the Spectra and they specifically tell you not to sterilize them often because it can ruin the parts. I just wash them often and sometimes refrigerate between uses, as instructed.

I would do it every other night, i would hand wash it with the bottles. But, every other night was nice too.
