I have 5 days left in pregnancy is it normal to be this hungry.. I ate 2 bowls of chicken soup and bowl of grits and now I’m up eating a slice of pizza

Omg y'all is this possible?

I'm not going to post a pic because it's kind of gross. And may be a trigger to vegans/vegetarians. But I went to make French toast and cracked the egg into the bowl. I am 99% sure I just found a chicken fetus. How possible is this? I've never seen anything like it.
