Hey i have a crazy question. Is it possible to get married in 4 days?

Yep, get a marriage license tomorrow, basically done at that point. Get a witness to sign and send it back in within the timeframe (can’t remember).

In Texas you have to wait 72 hours after you obtain your marriage License to have a “ceremony”.

I got my marriage license and got married at the courthouse all in the same day, but that was in Montana.

@mb2424, that’s very strange. Wonder why when the ceremony is would even matter? 🤔

@massmomma16, not really in *most* states there is a 24-72 hour wait period.

@mb2424, I understand it’s different in every state. Is it the courthouse ceremony you’re talking about?

@massmomma16, it’s for any ceremony, like in pa if I go in get my marriage license I have to wait 72 hours before I can go to the courthouse (or church,outdoor venue, etc) to get married, and you have 60-90 days before the license expires.
