@angelfoodcake, my mom and sister will be in and out but they both work so I figured I’d be alone which is fine. I’m nervous because I remember last time with my daughter balling my eyes out because I had no help & she wouldn’t go to sleep without me holding her and my milk also hadn’t came in and I knew she just was hungry but it was so hard... hopefully my experience this time is different and can find a little more comfort. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 trying to stay positive.

Sending you good vibes. Sorry you are going through that alone. You are strong for just going through that surgery without your SO. You can do this, just keep reminding yourself it is temporary and it will pass. And do take it slow, taking care of yourself so you can take care of the LO. Hugs

Maybe while they are there during the day you can get some naps! Just try to sleep when he sleeps (easier said than done). My husband was there and took our son to the nursery because everytime he woke up I was awake looking at my son Haha. After every child I broke down crying at some point in the hospital. One time simply because I wanted off my pain meds that made me so sleepy!

Ask the nurses to give u time to sleep they should be able to help we don’t want u to get post partum from exhaustion

Aww I saw my sis struggle with csection and her baby, but remember it won't last long and if you need help at night, see if your mom and sis could take turns. Night times are the toughest. Hang in there chica!
