My sweet husband has been working like crazy, so it’s been just me and the girls a lot here lately. Looking at my house right now...you definitely couldn’t tell that I’m a clean freak & that a spotless house brings me peace and happiness, but honestly that’s okay. I’m learning to balance. I’m learning that sometimes snuggling my babies and relaxing on the couch when there are countless things to be done is allowed sometimes. Nothing brings me more joy that to see my sweet girls’ smiles when I’m giving my full attention to them, and not worrying about laundry that needs to be folded or dishes that need to be done. Sometimes we just gotta relax and let things go for a bit. Cleaning will always be there, but our babies are only babies for so long. Sounds super cliche but I’m learning it to be so true.
