Ok next question lol.. the ENTIRE time we’re in the car, Wesley screams. Idk if it’s the car seat or what. I can drive 5 minutes or 50 & he cries the whole way 😬 by the time we’ve parked, he is soaked in sweat & exhausted from bawling. I feel terrible about it. Am I missing something?? Is this normal? Anything I can do?!

@kambam, I’ll try doing that.. I make my older son sit in the back with him, poor fella lol..he’s like Omgosh mom let me outta the car 😑
@monavidaaxo, he spits his pacifier out almost immediately because apparently he’s rather cry lol & his toy moves around from the motion & he looks terrified by it 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve tried music & white noise in the car & there’s no relief.. I thought his strap was scratching him or something, but everything looks fine.. ugh
They usually grow out of it. I did a lot of practice/joyrides with other people. I would sit in the back with him and eventually he just got over it. Toys didnt do anything for him. Or mirrors or singing or music. Lol
@nerdymommyplus2 girl yes ! My kids are sweaters too and my oldest was a doll in the car and roadtrips my son just wasn't having it. I just eventually tuned it out and focused on getting us everywhere we had to be safe because a crying baby while driving is so nerve wrecking 😭

My youngest was like this. She didn't get better until like 1.5 😭.
I tried giving her toys and everything. Nothing worked. My kids also just sweat easily. Would be drenched. Even my oldest until like age 4

Fuck man, my boyfriend's car flipped over on the highway. He had me connected to his speaker in his car and I just heard him screaming and the car flipping over.. He blacked out.. I called him and he seems okay but fuck man. I heard everything. I thought he died.. He's almost gotten ran off the road in Abilene 3 times already and now this..
son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care.
