Heating pad!!!

@serranovanessa400, You’re welcome but if yours itches like crazy like mine does then I’d get one of those shower brushes so you can scrub your back in the shower that always helped with the itching for my back acne, I’ve gotta buy me a new one because my husband used mine so I had to throw it out because I’m weird about sharing stuff that I used on my body especially with a stinky sweaty man! 😂😂😂😂

Tylenol and heating pad have always work for me and laying on my side. Other then that your out of luck.

Not while you’re pregnant nothing really helps, I have awful back acne when pregnant I still have scars on my back from being pregnant with my son. It’s sucks because I’m pregnant again and I can feel my back starting to do it again sadly. 😩😩😩
