You could try mixing it with some breastmilk to get her used to the taste.

Just wondering why don’t you pump?

My oldest son completely refused so I ended up breastfeeding for 15 months. For my second son I mixed it. I started with like 3 oz breast 1 oz formula for 2 days then 2 oz breast 2 oz formula for 2 days and so on until it was complete formula.

Pumping is definitely an option tho.

It's much harder when they are breastfed. Have you ever tasted formula?😝 Ds3 wasnt having it either. Even just a couple pumping sessions would give you enough milk to leave with her dad for a couple hours. Not to mention supplementing with formula will affect your supply if you don't also remove that milk from your breasts.

@sofie321 tbh, I started introducing cows milk one day (since he was over 1 at that point) and did the mixing method, but it took two full weeks. I would avoid being the one to give him the bottle and after 3 weeks he stopped trying to breastfeed. It was absolute HELL for me tho. I had many clogged ducts and was in pain for a long long time.

You have to find the right fit formula which is sometimes hard cause it be hard on there stomach or they just hate the taste, but try pumping 😊

Mix with breast milk. So for an example. 1 oz breast milk and 1oz of formula. Its like getting a cat or dog used to a new food. Lol sorry for the analogy
