I’ve tried lotion every night, athletes foot spray seems to dry it out more 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

If it athletes foot this is gonna sound crazy but it works i swear use the mens right gaurd deodorant spray it kills it idk why it does it burns a little when u spray it on but it gets ride of it in a few days its the gold can spray... Other then that maybe its really dry skin try a foot soak and scrub and see if that helps if not you might wanna consult your doctor those are the only two reason my feet every get realy itchy and i know how annoying that is

My sister uses peroxide for her athlete’s foot. Just soaks the bottoms of her feet like twice a day and it’s definitely been helping he.

If it’s intense itching that won’t go away ask your doctor to draw blood to check your bile level. Cholestasis is a pregnancy liver disease that makes you itch especially on hands and feet. It can also be very dangerous to your baby.
