As a fellow working mom, I feel you girl! I get up at 5:30, so I get a little bit more than you, but I always feel like I’m running on E shortly after lunchtime. Caffeine in the mornings is my friend. I try to catch up a little on sleep on the weekends, but it still makes for a long week.

@oceanhalo, @scruffy.nerf.herder, @marleiismama, thank you all for your suggestions and comments. I try, but my anxiety and mood has been completely different postpartum. I’m considering getting in anxiety pills. But now sure. I’ve been hesitant. My gut tells me not too

@marleiismama, I’ve had that too while at work. 9 months into breastfeeding. I was getting really stressed because I was devoted to breastfeeding until a year, and my supply was diminishing. I hated my work environment and I just broke down one day, and left early. I told no one in my family what happens. My husband doesn’t understand and just pisses me off.
