Where do you mommies live and how much does it cost to live there preferably a 3 bedroom
@abcd1131, depends on where you are. We have a 3bdr and we pay $800 a month
@missheatherbaby Wow that's not bad for a 4 bedroom
@mama.of.both.2.5, yeah I know. I’m originally from Massachusetts and it’s much cheaper there. My sister has a 4 bedroom house which is absolutely gorgeous and her rent is only $1250 a month.
I live in the Bronx, NY. I pay 1930 for my 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment.
I would move my state is cheaper than that in renting homes or apartments
@mama.of.both.2.5, yeah I wish I could find something cheaper but this states expensive
@boymom123 true but that's expensive compared to rent in my state
@mama.of.both.2.5, really nothing is cheaper then that here I pay 2000 for s two bedroom 900 square feet
@boymom123 that's a lot and but for that space that's reasonable
At least 2800 to 3000 or more for a 3 bedroom in Massachusetts where I live
@mama.of.both.2.5 yes and that's on the cheaper side. 3 bedrooms go up to about 3600
@mama.of.both.2.5, they don’t include much either at most it’s water and heat but if it’s a private home nothings included
British Columbia canada and our 3 bedroom house is $2100
Massachusetts it’s 1800+ for a three bedroom 40+ minutes outside of Boston
@tiffanyf yeah I know my fiance use to live there
@abcd1131 I live in Delaware it's almost the same amount as Texas.
@abcd1131 I see I wanted to move to San Antonio
@mama.of.both.2.5, yep, it’s 2000 sq ft though so lots of room and a newer build. There’s def cheaper neighborhoods but they’re usually older houses.
@leeoshee right I'm thinking of moving to the bronx
@mama.of.both.2.5, lol which is why I don’t plan on moving
Tx 3 bedroom is $1350 with property taxes and ins
@leeoshee oh that's an okay area shoot I just might move back to New York?
In a house second floor goes based of my income .
So cal , in a nice neighborhood about 1,500+ in a not so nice 1,200+
@blueismycolor that's not bad.... and wow for all that I would take it
GA, our mortgage with taxes and insurance is $1230 for a 4 bdrm/2bath all brick home.
See that's not bad... we are looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment
@mama.of.both.2.5 when I had my 1st apt yrs ago a 1 bedroom was about $600
@alexandreabrand right that's what I was thinking because I have family in Brooklyn, queens, and Syracuse.
@bennysmom oh that's lucky lml I'm thinking of moving because rent where I'm at is very expensive
I live in New York and have never heard of the that amount for a 3bd rm. I had a studio before I bought my place and paid $1,050. But to answer the question, it depends on where. If you live in the Bronx it can range from $1,200-$2,300. Of course manhattan is more expensive and Brooklyn is right behind them.
@teebaby @leeoshee right because I have family in Brooklyn and queens
@mrschanandlerbong95 really and that's not bad either I'm in Delaware
