32 weeks my doctor gave me the green light to try for a vbac. Any advice on what I can do to make my vbac possible?
@lupitah1012 it's all in your head believe it yes you will start to feel it all but at the end the results of having a baby the way you want is amazing f.y.i. my recovery wasn't as bad either lol
@livinglife09, I really hope I can pull through without an epidural aswell
@kambam, thank you will keep that in mind I totally believe I can do it 😊😊
With my choice of doing a v back I did it without drugs and then it came by the time I came to the hospital I was already dilated all the way..the epidural made it hard for me in the first place
Have a provider/medical professional that has experience with vbacs (and successful) and fully supports your vbac decision.
Have a birthing partner who will support your vbac and cheer you on.
Avoid induction
Have a birth plan and a backup in case you can't vbac
Watch some vbac births/deliveries
Believe in yourself 🤗

Hey, wondering who here is preparing for a VBAC?

Well everyone id like you to meet my beautiful Lucas!! He was born at 7.38pm weighing 6lb 9.5Oz and he is absolutely perfect. I managed to have my Vbac !!! Which I'm over the moon about!!! I'll post my birth story for my Vbac if anyone is interested xx
She’s here!! Only pushed for about an hour!! I did it guys!! I got my VBAC!!
Will post pictures later!
You can do it, if that’s what you want you need to stand your ground. I was seconds away from giving up bc my son was stuck after 16 hours of labor and the doctor gave me the option of a vacuum or c section .... I was so happy it worked. The recovery was so much easier!
