Def keep an eye on it.

I’d say your fine if your not cramping and it doesn’t get heavy. I had that happen after sex when I was pregnant

If it was just light spotting with no bad cramping then you're probably fine. If you start to cramp though and the spotting gets worse and brighter red then I'd call your OB. Most likely just irritated your cervix

Your cervix could of been irritated. Keep an eye on it and if it gets heavier give your OB a call.
