Are these ok to take while breastfeeding? Had my baby 2 days ago and was told to take stool softener but never said what brand.

I avoided taking more meds than i had to. I just drank a glass of prune juice with a full bottle of eater afterwards on a daily basis 😅 I had to during pregnancy and i also did it after birth.

For the sake of your own comfort I recommend taking colace daily so you hopefullydon’t get backed up enough to need a laxative. It’s much easier on your stomach.
