My babies so constipated it's hurting her what can I do to help? I've tried everything I can think of 😩😢

Are you bottle feeding? My son was struggling at one point when he was tiny and it was because I was using too much of the pre made bottles and not the powder you add water to?

@olivia_monique Yeah from birth, it's only sugar water really but that helps really well x

I sometimes give Noah a travel milk in between powdered milk.. but yeah cool boiled water, bicycle legs, hold her legs up to her belly, bath works for my boy xxx

Small amount of cooled boiled water and move legs in bicycle position x

You can get the pre made milk that comes in bottles or the powder milk that you have to add water to. I used to use the pre made milk exclusively and it made my son struggle to do a poo so I switched to the powder and water and it helped.

Infacol is also good if you haven’t tried it

My little one suffered with constipation, was feeding him SMA which the health visitor said it was the worst for constipation 😥 so we changed him over to aptimal then didn’t have the problem, but to help we gave him cooled boiled water with a bit of brown sugar in, which helped him within 2 hours, but if your worried please go and see your doctor x
