So I have some kind of cold in my nose and throat and it sucks ! I don’t even know how I got sick in the first place. Drinking sucks because it’s almost like a burning feeling😓😪

That’s the worse! Especially the throat. Even just swallowing your saliva can be a pain. I hope you feel better soon!

I was doing that too. I got it last week. Been using Flonase, netipot, and vapor rub with a tooooon or cough drops and hot water. I also get mucus at the back of my throat which is causing issues swallowing. I hope you feel better soon!

@hisnider, did any of those work for you ? I been drinking tea , eating ice and sucking throat soothers . I think I have mucus too in the back of my throat and it’s so uncomfortable. Thank you so much.

@luv_2b_amomma, they really have. The mucus is actually coming up easier now and getting out of my body. I think some of the mucus was from acid reflux as well so I started taking (I can never remember which one) but some otc approved reflux meds twice a day. It’s also helped me sleep better then when I wasn’t.
